Giorgia Sironi is a PhD student in Psychology, Linguistics and Cognitive Neuroscience under the supervision of Prof. Fabrizio Arosio and the co-supervision of Prof. Maria Teresa Guasti.
Giorgia graduated in Psycholinguistics at the University of Zurich, with a MA thesis titled “Pupillary Speech Tracking” and supervised by Dr. Sebastian Sauppe. In the same university, she worked as a Teaching Assistant for the MA course Language Data Acquisition and as a Research Assistant in the Department of Comparative Language Science.
Her PhD project explores the relationship between music and language in individuals with both typical and atypical language development.
